ATTORNEY BRENNON MORTON
I am proud to be born and raised in Eastern North Carolina. Following high school, I attended East Carolina University where I earned bachelor's degrees in both Criminal Justice and Psychology. After graduating in the top 5% of my undergraduate class, I realized my passion for law. This excitement led me to North Carolina Central University School of Law where I concentrated on criminal law and general trial advocacy.
I have a deep passion for fighting and protecting the rights and interests of people who can't do it on their own. Each day, I am driven by serving others and finding ways to utilize the justice system to provide holistic solutions. I understand that good people can find themselves in tough and challenging circumstances and that is why I love doing what I do and ensuring my clients that they have someone in their corner fighting the battle for them.
In addition to being an attorney, I am a devoted husband and father. On weekends, you will often find me playing outside with my children and enjoying family time. I love to play and watch sports, fish, hunt, grill, be outside, and most of all, spend quality time with family and friends. I believe that competitive nature from when I played sports helps me get results in the courtroom. People need aggressive but effective representation. I am an involved member of Victory Church in Raleigh and several community organizations.
Since 2016, I have focused primarily on traffic, criminal, and family law in both district and superior court. I have gained extensive trial experience and litigated countless bench trials and several jury trials through to verdict. In addition to providing results, my ultimate goal is to always provide exceptional customer service alongside a vigorous defense.
