Our founding attorney, Michelle Sparrow is a former assistant district attorney and experienced litigator who has handled hundreds of trials. In the area of criminal defense, she is intimately familiar with how to evaluate police reports, the handling of evidence, and eyewitness testimony. Our firm can often identify when information is being distorted or withheld on the part of police or witnesses, and am able to weaken the story told by the prosecution against my client. Our experience with the criminal justice system led to the ability to investigate not only criminal matters but also determine the cause of injury cases like accidents and the ability to expose negligence on the part of drivers, doctors, lawyers and nursing homes.
